Hillingdon Health Conference

Details: The annual Hillingdon Health Conference is your chance to have your say on the work of the NHS in Hillingdon next year. Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group – the GP led group responsible for buying and monitoring most NHS services locally – is already making initial plans for next year so we want to hear what you think and how we should develop them. Typically, many patients will use more than one bit of the NHS for the same illness or problem so this year we’ve grouped our plans together into different themes that include:
  • Helping people with long term conditions
  • Joined up urgent and emergency care
  • Making more help available at your GP surgery or in primary care
  • How to prevent illness in the first place
The event follows on from 'The Future of Health and Care in Hillingdon' event which together with partner organisations from across health and the voluntary sector helped set out how we are going to develop the local NHS over the next 5 years .
