2.Keeping all your appointments in one place:
You can access GP online, through the app to book and change GP appointments, as well as services to book and change hospital appointments, putting you in control of your care.
3.Quick check:
Health Help Now will also link you to symptom checkers and NHS approved health apps to help support you to have a healthier lifestyle and support patients with long-term conditions.
Knowing where to get advice on how to treat health conditions can be confusing, but now the easy-to- Health Help Now has been developed to do just that.
Health Help Now, which works on smartphones and tablets, list common symptoms - such as breathing problems, injury, and sickness - and offers suggestions for treatment for them based on five different age groups: baby, child, teenager, adult and older adult.
It lists the most suitable option for most people first, with other suggestions following in order. It shows the nearest services, indicates whether services are open or closed and provides a map of their location.
App: search 'Health Help Now' on the App Store or Google Pay.
