It has been widely reported that people from  black, Asian, minority and ethnic backgrounds are disproportionately affected by coronavirus and are at greater risk of dying from it.

During these unprecedented times where health and social care services have had to make drastic changes in response to the pandemic, it is important for us to know if people from black, Asian, ethnic and minority communities are accessing the health social care services needed during lockdown and can find the information and guidance necessary to stay safe and well.

To capture this information, we have devised a short survey which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

With the information gathered, we will produce a report which will be shared with the NHS, and commissioners of health and social care services. Our aim is to make sure that these services are working as best as they can for you during these challenging times and beyond.
