The NHS 10 Year Plan

From the change.nhs.uk website:
Your priorities for change.
The NHS 10 Year Health Plan will set out from day one, how the underlying problems set out in Lord Darzi’s independent report that said the NHS was in a ‘critical condition’ will be fixed.
It is proposed that the three shifts – hospital to community, analogue to digital, and sickness to prevention – can deliver what people want. Better, quicker access to care in the community and hospitals delivering world class care to those who need it. Staff with the technology they need to care for patients. And an NHS that helps prevent illness and spots diseases like cancer early, to give people the best chance of survival. The aim is to deliver what people have said matters most to them – shorter waits, supported staff, and better care.
