GP Access: Experiences of the Hillingdon Community
In this report we review the patient experience of getting a GP appointment.
Following a borough-wide survey and conversations with community groups, we highlight the main challenges Hillingdon’s residents face in making an appointment with their GP practice.
Based on what resident’s told us, we also make recommendations to providers and commissioners of GPs for future improvements.
