Summary
In response to the recommendations made in our report, the hospital is keen to implement changes, with the Assistant Director of Facilities at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, saying: “The findings of the review and the suggestions of the members has provided us with some very useful ideas about how we can make those improvements and make a difference. The Trust intends to do what it can to implement those as soon as possible.”
Healthwatch Hillingdon will be following up with the hospital in the future to see how the changes have taken effect.
