Mental Health Service
Our dementia support workers offer information and practical guidance to help you understand dementia, cope with day-to-day challenges and prepare for the future or help with claiming benefits and other entitlements. Until the day we find a cure, we will strive to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
