Drayton Village Care Centre - Enter & View Report

Drayton Village Care Centre in West Drayton is a 91‑bed residential and nursing home supporting older adults, including people with dementia and those requiring end‑of‑life care.

We visited the house in January 2026 as an announced Enter & View visit. The home was found to be clean, welcoming, and supported by friendly staff, with residents generally satisfied with cleanliness, care, and visiting arrangements.


However, the visit highlighted a few key areas for improvement, including activities, communication, outdated information boards, and some ventilation and odour concerns.


Overall, the home showed strengths in staff support, stable workforce, and good management responsiveness, with recommendations focused on activity planning, communication, dementia‑friendly signange, ventilation, and improving consistency in follow‑up.
