A support group run by, and for, parent/carers of adults in Hillingdon with learning disabilities. We talk with each other, listen to guest speakers, and find out what services are available.

Scope exists to make this country a better place for disabled people and their families. We do this by running a range of services, raising awareness of the issues that disabled people face and influencing change across society. We provide support, advice and information for more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their family members every year.

Mencap is the voice of learning disability. Mencap Hillingdon Me Time provides a range of leisure activities to people in Hillingdon borough with a learning disability who are aged 18+. You can participate in anything from football to bowling, to job club, to a Friday trip. We aim to provide our participants with something sustainable, whether meeting a new friend, picking up a hobby, developing a new routine or gaining employment/volunteering/education.
